Clark International Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, educational foundation established in 2002 in Nashville, Tennessee, by Anderson Clark for assisting internationals in the acquisition of American English for their educational and professional needs. A Board of Directors oversees its work. These directors serve without compensation: to guide and assist in the development of the foundation to refine the mission of the foundation and to devise ways to achieve the goals of the foundation as efficiently as possible The foundation operates according to By Laws adopted by the Board of Directors. It has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service to qualify for designation as a 501 (c) (3) organization. The finanacial records of the foundation, IRS Form 990, are available for inspection at the office of the foundation. Certified annual statements are prepared by Hillis and Clark Associates, CPA's, Nashville, TN.
